Please note, that when you shop at NoLu, you agree to our terms and conditions. If you for any reason should disagree with anything stated in our terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

All information that you give us upon your order is used according to our Privacy policy and is used to process your order.



All the prices are in UK Sterling, but are not including postage. All postage will be added at the end. We do our very best to display the correct prices on the website, if for some reason there is a mistake in the price, we will let you know, and you can then either accept the correct price or cancel the order. At NoLu we accept foreign payments, they will be calculated according to the rate provided by payment provider Square.

All prices are including VAT (zero rating on children’s clothes).

At NoLu you can choose to pay via card payment, Klarna or PayPal, the options will be available at check out. All our card payments go through Square the secure payment system; Square -who comply with the PCI mandatory card-industry standards, and makes sure that no card details are ever stored on our server.

You will receive a confirmation email; this email is purely to confirm that we have received your order. NoLu holds the right to refuse your order at any point for no reason. Once the items have been dispatched, there is an agreement of trade between NoLu and yourself.

For you to order with NoLu, you must be over 18 years old, provide accurate address, name, payment details, phone number and email address. Furthermore, our gateway provider must accept the payment you choose.

We do try to make sure that the level of stock is accurate. Should you for some reason have purchased an order that is out of stock, you will be offered an alternative item, a refund or to wait until the item is back in stock.

Payment Plans

If you are interested in purchasing items from the website and pay in instalments, we do offer this option. Please make sure your read the terms of paying for your goods in instalment via a Payment Plan. 

The Payment Plan will have a 30-90 days payment frame, you will receive a PayPal invoice with the option of paying smaller amounts when it suits you. This way, you can still get your favourite items, but let the payments fit into your life. Once the full amount has been payed, we will send you the item/s. 

 The first payment will be 20% of the total price, this will be treated as a NON REFUNDABLE deposit.

Please note, that if you do not make the final payment in time, you can lose your right to purchase the item/s and the deposit paid on the first instalment. Has any other instalments been paid, the amount will be refunded to you within 30 days. 

​Use the code SOON2BMINE at the checkout, the code will deduct 80% of your purchase. Using the code, you agree to the terms of purchasing items via instalments and acknowledge that the deducted 80% will be paid via invoice within the set timeframe. If you have a desired timeframe for the payment plan please leave a note at the checkout. The remaining 20% will act as a non refundable deposit. 

If you choose to cancel parts of the payment plan, the 20% deposit paid on those items will not be refunded.  

If you fail to make the full payments and refrain from contacting NoLu you will loose your right to use the Payment Plan option at any future purchases. Your request to use payment Plans going forward will be cancelled without warning. 

Purchasing items using a payment plan excludes the option of earning NoLu points on the entire order. Only the initial non refundable deposit will be credited in loyalty points. 

The instalment plan is set up via PayPal payment, please make sure you provide an email at the check out. The PayPal invoice can be paid via card or Paypal funds.

The price on the payment plan is final regardless of items going in the sale or being discounted in any way before the payment plan has been paid in full. 

No other discount codes can be used with Payment Plans. 

You can return your items purchased up to 14 days after receiving them. The return policy provides relevant information for returning goods. In case of manufactoring errors on one/several products the non refundable deposit will be refunded. For all other reasons, items returned within 14 days purchased using the Payment Plan method will not be refunded the initial deposit paid. 


NoLu gives you the option, to receive your order now and pay later via Klarna, please read T&C for using Klarna with NoLu here. 

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.


It is possible to create an account with NoLu. Having an account gives you the option to keep an overview of your purchases and store your information for quick and easy checkout. You will furthermore have the benefit from NoLu points. These will all be active via your account. You are responsible to update your address on the account to make sure it is the correct address for delivering your purchases. 

Inactive accounts will be deleted without warning. Has there been no purchases via the website www.nolu.co.uk for 12 months, the account will be deleted. A new account can be created, benefits earned at an earlier stage will be erased and can not be reimbursed. 

Accounts created with no purchases will be deleted after 3 months. Have you created an account, but never earned any points via purchases or by other way - the account will be deleted without warning. If you wish to create an account again, then this will always be an option. The same email and/or password can be used when creating a new account. 
This is to insure that inactive accounts are not passively being stored on the NoLu server. 

NoLu Points

By creating an account with NoLu you can earn loyalty points with your purchases. For each £1 you spend on full price items, you will earn 10 point. These are available on all products, except discounted products - where you will be earning 2 NoLu points per £1 spend. After a certain amount of points, you can redeem your reward and you will be given a discount code which provide you with a one time reduction on an order. You can choose to redeem your points at any time. When you exchange your points for a voucher code, the points are permanently taken off your account. You will earn new points with your future purchases on the website. Voucher codes has no expire date and can be used as and when you wish. Only 1 voucher code can be used per purchase. Voucher codes can not be used on payment plans or with any other discount codes. 

It is not possible to earn NoLu points on direct order made via the Facebook group NoLu Treats.

Voucher Codes

Voucher codes can not be exchanged for cash amounts. Should you return an item/s where you have used the voucher code to pay, you will only receive a refund equivalent to the actual english pound you have paid for the item. 

Should an item be returned, the amount of NoLu Points earned on the purchase will be deducted from the account, there can be up to a 3 month delay on this. 

Redeemed and used voucher codes will not be re-instated if items are returned. 

The NoLu points can't be used on postage, if the voucher code brings the order below the free postage limit postage will be added to the order. Nor can you earn NoLu points on the postage you may pay with any orders you make. 

It is possible to redeem a free postage code. This code will remove any postage charges at the checkout. 

If you choose to use the discount code on an order with a smaller total amount than the code value, you will loose the remaining value on the voucher code. 



NoLu offers Loyalty tiers. This means that you automatically will move up a tier when you have reached the minimum points value of the next tier. You will then permanently be on this tier and get extra points on all purchases. However, should your account be deleted due to inactivity - you will need to start over on the tiers levels. The following overview shows the 3 tiers and the point levels.


Voucher codes and tiers can be cancelled at any time with no warning. 


NoLu offers a wide variety of items for free. These items are all categorised in the FREEBIE section and will automatically become free when added to an order over the value of £35

There are no returns on Freebie products and if the order or part of the order is returned for a refund the FREEBIE product must be returned with them. 

The collection of FREEBIE products are available as long as they are in stock. The collection will be updated as and when items are added to the collection. 

Only 1 FREEBIE product is available per order over £35 and the freebie products can not be combined with any other discount codes, including NoLu point vouchers, Payment Plan codes and/or general discount codes. 

You will not be able to add the FREEBIE product after purchase. 


Your order will be shipped using RoyalMail. Delivery times for Standard Shipping to the UK is 2-5 business days, NoLu do not ship orders abroad.

If you choose Standard Shipping at the checkout there is no tracking available on the items, only proof of posting. NoLu takes no responsibility for the items once they have been handed over to RoyalMail.

It is possible to choose Signed for postage which provides 2-4 days delivery and a signature is required at delivery in the UK. NoLu takes no responsibilities for any delays with Royal Mail and/or any other delivery force. These timeframes are merely assumptions based on an average.

Buyer will cover shipping costs; all UK purchases over £20 have free Standard Shipping*, orders over £55 offers free signed for postage. 

PLEASE NOTE, the brand Maxomorra can not be sold to countries outside of Europe, any orders made from outside of Europe via a forwarding service will be cancelled without warning. The payment fees will not be refunded. This means that if the purchase is made using PayPal there will be a 1.20% fee of the transaction value, as well as a 0.20$ fixed fee and a 2% international fee on the purchase that will not be refunded. This is due to PayPal policy where fees are no longer refunded on cancelled orders.

Please make sure that the address given is the correct address, as we can’t be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. Furthermore we can’t be held responsible, if the parcel has been stolen and/or damaged if you have requested the parcel to be left at a safe place and/or with a neighbour.

Orders made from outside of the UK to a forwarding service will be custom to an added VAT and handling fee in their arrival country. Whereas NoLu does not ship abroad directly we take no responsibility for any orders being shipped outside of the uk using a forwarding service.

We will do our very best to get your parcel to you fast and safely, unfortunately some parcels can go missing. Is this the case, please let us know and we will do our very best to help find the missing items.

Should a parcel be returned to us, due to non-collection or wrong address, the parcel can then be sent again against an extra postal fee. We will keep you informed if that should happen. 

Orders going to Postal forwarding services (s.a. The Post Lady) will be sent once a week on a Friday. 

NoLu uses environmentally friendly paper mailing bags.  All products are wrapped in tissue paper made from 100% recycled paper.  


*Orders on the brand Uddevalla Barn has a £1 flat rate with no free postage option. 



Returning an order for refund or exchange

We thoroughly check the quality of each item before we ship it. In the unlikely event that you receive an item and wish to return them, then we provide a 14 days return option from the day you receive your order. If you are returning goods that are unused, unwashed, in the original packaging and with the sales tags on them, then you will get a full refund within 28 days.

Once we have received the goods we will refund with the original method of payment with the correct amount. You will need to pay for the return postage. Postage will only be refunded if for some reason the goods are faulty.

If you would like to exchange the items bought, please contact us at contact@nolu.co.uk we will then see if the item you are exchanging to is in stock. Once we have received the original item, we will then post the new item. In case of exchanging goods, you are responsible for the costs of returning the items.

Please include a covering letter stating your name, address and order number for us to handle your request quickly.

We recommend that you use recorded service and send 2nd class and keep a proof of postage, as you are responsible for returning the goods back to us. 

We reserve the right not to accept goods returned to us that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered or for other similar reasons.

​Any freebies should be returned with the order. 

Any voucher codes or NoLu Points used to pay the order will not be reinstated.


Faulty item and/or wrong item

If you have been so unlucky as to receive items that are either faulty or is the wrong item from what you ordered. Then we apologise deeply and will do our best to rectify. Please send an email to contact@nolu.co.uk with a picture of the item received along with your order number. We will offer to either send you a return label or refund the return postage. If you have received a return label please notice you will have 7 days to return the item/s. If the timeframe surpasses the 7 days from receiving the label, the label will no longer be viable and you will have to pay the return label yourself.
In most cases we will have the correct item for you to ship once we have received the wrongly sent item. If the item is faulty then please return the item for a full refund using the return address above. 

Cancelling your order

If you for some reason regret your purchase, and would like to cancel your order. Then you can do this at anytime before we dispatch the order. Write us an email contact@nolu.co.uk, and we will make sure that the order is not sent on to you and that your payment will be refunded within 28 days. 

If we have already dispatched your order, you will need to follow our return policy as seen above.

We may use the information to improve products and services, to keep internal records and/or to contact you with relevant offers and/or products. 

It is important to us that you are aware of the information collected and why. Third Party Services may receive or otherwise have access to our users personal Information in facilitating and enhancing our Services and business, and may only use it for such purposes.

​Shopify and/or Paypal process all details and information regarding your card payment over a secure connection.

You have the right to contact us, with the purpose of being informed about the data we keep in our database regarding you. All information is kept within the online website service Shopify.

NoLu uses cookies for your shopping preferences. There are two different sets of cookies, session cookies and persistent cookies. The session cookies are erased as you shut down the window. The persistent cookies are saved for the purpose of making your shopping easier, such as remembering the data you allow us to have. The cookies will store your shopping preferences and the pages you visit in order for us to see what you find useful when shopping with NoLu Nordic Kidswear. 

Please note that deleting our cookies or disabling future cookies or tracking technologies may prevent you from accessing certain areas or features of NoLu, or may otherwise adversely affect your user experience.


Only customers signed up for a NoLu account will be able to partake in auctions. The auctions is an option only for NoLu account holders. It is easy to sign up for an account and it is a requirement to make any bids to be signed in to your NoLu account. To create an account, please sign up here. Have you already created an account with NoLu, please make sure all your information is up to date as the address on the account will be used for shipping. You will earn NoLu points on all purchases via auction. 

It is not possible to combine any discount codes or payment plan codes with auction wins.  

After the Sale Ends

All customers must settle their invoices within 24 hours of an auction ending.

Failure to settle any invoice will result in the items being re-listed and the invoice cancelled. Failure to pay the invoice can result in cancellation of all future bids on any auction without warning.


After purchase

The winner of the auction will be contacted directly via email. If the winner is live on the website when the auction ends, it will be possible for the winner to checkout instantly. If the winner is not live at the end of the auction an email with the invoice link will be sent via email. 

The Buyer must pay the balance of the purchase price. This must be paid by PayPal or card no later than 24h after the auction has ended. 

VAT is applicable on all adult wear and will be included in the final price, there will be no extra charges of any kind. 

The buyer is responsible for paying for the goods, should the invoice not be received the buyer must contact NoLu directly as soon as possible to settle the auction. 

If the Buyer fails to comply with terms and conditions for this auction the lot shall be resold by auction. 



There is an option for full return on all items, please read the standard return policy here which applies to all sales via the NoLu website including all auctions. 



Once the buyer has paid the purchase price the items will be shipped according to the standard shipping arrangements. Please find all information about shipping when shopping with NoLu here.


Direct Orders/Top Up Orders

NoLu offers Direct Orders via the Facebook group NoLu Nordic Treats. This gives customers an option to order items that NoLu did not initially offer, or that NoLu have sold out of. The Direct Orders are solely run via the Facebook group and all members of the group can participate in the Direct Orders. 

Once you have commented on a Direct Order post and made your request, Admin (Tanja Emanuelsen) will check availability on the requested products. If the products are available Admin will like your picture to signal that the item/s are available and an invoice will be created once an email is provided. 

In order for NoLu Nordic Kidswear to order the requested items an email is required. The email will solely be used for the creation of an invoice and communication regarding the order. All orders will be invoiced via PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary to pay the invoice, invoices can be paid via card or PayPal funds. You are responsible for providing an email to admin.

A 20% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the order. The deposit has to be paid before the order can be processed. 1-2 reminders will be sent before the order will be considered cancelled if the non refundable deposit is not paid. NoLu reserves the rights to cancel orders where there has been no deposit paid within 10 hours. Please note that once the deposit has been paid it will not be refunded.

  • If the customer for some reason fails to pay the remaining amount of the invoice, the deposit will not be refunded and the products will become available for purchase for any customer via the website.
  • If the customer wants to cancel the order or part of it after the order has been made with the brand in question, the deposit will not be refunded
  • If the customer wants to cancel the order or part of it before the order has been made with the brand, the deposit will be refunded in full
  • If the customer wants to return the goods, the non refundable deposit will not be refunded.
  • The non refundable deposit will be fully refunded if for some reason the goods did not arrive from the brands.
  • The non refundable deposit will be fully refunded if the goods are faulty on arrival. 

All information regarding the order will be added to the original Facebook post in the group NoLu Nordic Kidswear. This includes when the final order has been made, dispatch notice from the brand and arrival of the products. If Admin needs to contact any customers regarding the order, Admin will tag the customer and send personal messages via facebook. If Admin is unsuccessful in contacting the customer, an email will be sent to the address provided for the PayPal order and/or any additional emails linked to the customer's NoLu Nordic Kidswear account.

All Direct Orders will be sent 1st class on arrival. Once the remaining balance left on the invoice has been paid in full, the items will be sent. Admin will keep you updated on the arrival of the order via the initial post in the Facebook group NoLu Nordic Treats. It can take 5-14 days from your request being made until the items arrive at NoLu. The timeframe depends on each brand and how quickly they process the orders. Once the items has arrived with NoLu, invoice reminders will be sent to all invoices which haven't been paid in full. This is to inform the customer that the items are now ready to be sent once the invoice has been paid. Invoice reminders will be sent out twice, if the payment isn't made the invoice will be considered cancelled. 

Admin can change the timeframe on the invoices if needed, please do contact admin for more information. 

Payment Plans are available on all Direct Orders. The customer will need to inform Admin that the items are being purchased as a payment plan. A payment plan will typically have 30 days, if the customer has a different timeframe in mind, NoLu is flexible to this. The 20% non refundable deposit will still be required. 

NoLu points are not available via Direct Orders under £100. Has the customer ordered for more than £100 on a single Direct Order, the equivalent points can be added to their NoLu account. This will solely happen via request after invoice has been paid in full.

If a customer fails to reply to personal messages and/or emails regarding an invoice and fails to pay in time despite numerous reminders, the order will be cancelled and the customer will no longer be able to order via a Direct Order/Top up with NoLu.
