If your order is below the free postage rates, the charge for standard postage is £1.75 and the price for 1st class is £3.00
All orders are sent plastic free in recycled and recyclable packaging. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. You will received a dispatch email/text once the orders has been shipped.

In order to pay your order in smaller instalments you can use the code SOON2BMINE at the checkout which will leave you with a 20% non-refundable deposit to pay.
An invoice will be sent for the remaining amount and there will be given a timeframe from 30-90 days to pay the final amount.
Please note you are obliged to pay the full amount before the order will be shipped.

To return an order/item for a full refund, the items must be returned no later than 14 days after receiving the order.
Items must be unused and unwashed in order to get a full refund.
Are items returned later than the timeframe suggested above, a voucher will be offered for the same amount.
