NoLu offers Gift Cards. Would you like to give your Friends/Family the joy of Scandi clothes for their little ones or maybe for them selves. This is your opportunity to let them choose something magnificent from the shop.

You will receive a physical Card (pictured) with an individual code provided. The Gift Card comes at 3 different prices. The Gift Card will be sent to the address provided at the check out.

The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash, it will be valuable for 3 months after the issue date. The Gift Card can be used on all products in the online shop.

If your order is below the free postage rates, the charge for standard postage is £1.75 and the price for 1st class is £3.00

All orders are sent plastic free in recycled and recyclable packaging. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. You will received a dispatch email/text once the orders has been shipped.

In order to pay your order in smaller instalments you can use the code SOON2BMINE at the checkout which will leave you with a 20% non-refundable deposit to pay.

An invoice will be sent for the remaining amount and there will be given a timeframe from 30-90 days to pay the final amount.

Please note you are obliged to pay the full amount before the order will be shipped.

To return an order/item for a full refund, the items must be returned no later than 14 days after receiving the order.
Items must be unused and unwashed in order to get a full refund.
Are items returned later than the timeframe suggested above, a voucher will be offered for the same amount.
